Chairman of the board in Medistim ASA, Øyvin Brøymer, 
purchased 9.000 shares in Medistim ASA the 21th of 
September through his controlled company Intertrade 
Shipping AS. Average price per share was NOK 17.79. 
Intertrade Shipping AS has 40.000 shares after last 
purchase. 
Øyvin Brøymer also controls Fløtemarken AS that holds 
3.810.000 Medistim shares and is the largest 
shareholder in the company. Øyvin Brøymer controls in 
total 3.850.000 of the shares in Medistim ASA.
