ASA, has made the following transaction:

On July 19th of 2012, Weilheim Investments S.L. has 
sold 28,100 shares of Copeinca ASA at an
average rate of 41.27 NOK  equivalent to 6.80 USD  
per share.
After this transaction, Weilheim Investments S.L.
holds 3,361,030 shares equivalent to 5.75% of the
total shareholding
